This 100sqm apartment is located in the lively neighbourhood of Beaubourg in Paris. It was previously an office. Initially, It did not appear to us a possible living space. On top of that, the apartment needed to respect the history of the place and bring a modern spirit to the classical Haussmann touch.

Our customer is also a writer. His wish was to have a place full of light and warm. We chose to have the white colour almost everywhere while keeping an obvious touch of wood and especially the solid oak parquet.
We also chose to enhance some specific part of the apartment with black and grey. It is acting as a background to put ahead what we wanted to show.
