Located in the Buttes Chaumont park neighbourhood in Paris, this 63sqm apartment was fully renovated on request of an interior design lover couple.

You can see this project in video in the press section as it was broadcasted on French television show “La maison France 5”.

The living room has a bioethanol chimney and 2 sliding mirrors which are hiding a TV set.

We have completely restructured this apartment room by room. All the existing partitions have been demolished in order to reshuffle all spaces according to the way of living of our customers. The “shell” was then renovated in a minimalist approach to privilege light and view over the park. A glance on the top of the trees is a living painting over time.

A black box will directly pop up to your eyes in the entrance. It includes the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets. This comes directly out of step with the traditional style of the apartment and allows introducing modern technologies desired by our customers. In the living room, we integrated a suspended library. It is our way of playing with traditional Haussmann style in a modern manner.

We decided to enhance the office through oak underlined with menthol blue colour. Corrugated shelves with various depth are integrated into the wall to be either a work plan or a simple support.

The bedroom is completely neutral in its shapes made for rest. Undoubtely, it is a mix of atmospheres forming a real unity.
